A.  The League may decide to enter a team or teams into County Association Inter-League Cup Competitions. This shall be determined by voting at a League General Meeting.

B.  A Manager for each Representative Team shall be appointed and he/she shall be given responsibility for all matters concerning team selection, training and organisation. He/she shall not be a currently active manager of a team that is participating in the League in the same age group as the Representative Team.

C.  A sub-committee normally comprised of the Chairman, the General Secretary and the Fixtures Secretary shall liase directly with the Representative Team Manager and is responsible for providing assistance and administrative support as required. This sub-committee will act under guidance from the Management Committee.

D.  The Representative Team manager must initially approach the member Club Secretaries for the nomination of players to be considered for the Representative Team. Clubs should advise the Representative Team manager within 10 days giving the names and details of players so nominated. Only in exceptional circumstances will more that three players from any one team be selected to represent the League in a single representative match.

E.  When an inter-league match has been arranged, league fixtures will not normally be cancelled. However, the Fixtures Secretaries shall have the power to re-arrange fixtures in a manner that ensures that no Club is unfairly penalised.

F.  The Clubs concerned and the Fixtures Secretaries shall be given 21 days notice by the Team Manager of the players selected to represent the League.

G.  Clubs are required to release players who are selected to represent the Bexley League.
