The League shall be governed in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of The Football Association by a Management Committee comprised of the Officers who shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting. B). Retiring Officers shall be eligible to become candidates for re-election without nomination. All other candidates for election as Officers or Members of the Management Committee shall be nominated to the General Secretary in writing, signed by the Secretaries of two Member Clubs, not later than the 1st of May in each year. Names of the candidates for election shall be circulated with the notice of the Annual General Meeting. In the event of there being no nomination in accordance with the foregoing for any office, nominations may be received at the Annual General Meeting C). The Management Committee shall meet as often as is necessary to deal with business as it arises. All decisions shall be by majority vote. A record of all meetings shall be kept and be available to all committee members at all times. A Management Committee member shall not be permitted to sit on the committee of any other Junior Football League. No Club shall have more than two representatives on the duly elected Management Committee. The Management Committee shall not be held responsible, either collectively or individually, for any losses, damages or injuries sustained by any Club or its members through actions that are pursuant to the administration and management of the League's affairs. On receiving a requisition signed by two-thirds of the Members of the Management Committee the Secretary shall convene a meeting of the Committee. D). Except where otherwise mentioned all communications shall be addressed to the General Secretary who shall conduct the correspondence of the League and keep a record of its proceedings. First class post shall be used at all times. The General Secretary shall have the authority to deal with any urgent matters not mentioned in these Rules, subject to being responsible to the Management Committee for their approval or rejection. E). All communications received from Clubs must be conducted through their nominated Officers. All correspondence MUST be covered by the Club Secretary's signature. F). General Meetings will normally be held on the first Tuesday of each month at Crayford Town Hall, Crayford Road, Crayford, Kent. Or at any other suitable venue. Meetings shall be conducted by the League Chairman, or in his absence, the Vice Chairman, or a nominee, in accordance with the agenda and shall include the minutes of the last meeting. Clubs shall be allowed to send more than on delegate to the League Meetings but no club shall have more than one vote and only one delegate per Club may vote. The meetings will commence at 8.00 p.m. and close at 9.30 p.m. The Chairman may allow for a further period of discussion if, in his opinion, an urgent matter of business shall seem desirable. G). All business shall be conducted by a show of hands, with exception of misconduct, which shall be dealt with as laid down in Rule 17 C. H). The Minute Book shall be open at all reasonable times for inspection. I). The Club representative who signs the attendance book shall be the only person allowed to speak on behalf of the Club, unless it is agreed other wise by the Chairman. The attendance book shall be closed half an hour after commencement of the meeting. Clubs not signed in at this time shall be deemed as absent. J). Any club failing to attend a League Meeting shall be fined £10.00. Any club that fails to attend three or more General Meetings during a season shall be called before the Management Committee, who may recommend that their application for future membership be rejected. K). A meeting for all New Managers and Secretary's will be held prior to the start of each season, all "New Managers" and "New Secretary's are required to attend".
