A).  Applications by New Clubs for admission to this League or the entry of an additional team(s) must be made in writing to the League Secretary on the official form, (one form per team) and must be accompanied by an Entry Fee of £5.00 per team, by the first Tuesday in May. The fee shall be returned in the event of non-election. Failure to comply may result in a fine of £5.00 and require the club concerned to make fresh application as a new member. A team's membership of the League one season does not guarantee acceptance into the League for the following season. An entry form must be completed and if the applicant is generally known and the Management Committee consider the team's or official's previous performance or conduct detrimental to the League, they may bar the team from competition.

At the discretion of a majority of the accredited voting members present applications, of which due notice has been given, may be received at the Annual General Meeting or a Special General Meeting. The Entry Fee shall apply.

B).  The Annual Subscription for 11 a-side teams shall be £25.00 per team and for Mini-Soccer shall be £15.00 and shall be payable within 7 days of election. Failure to comply shall indicate the team has withdrawn and the entry fee shall be forfeited.

C).  Each new club applying to join the League shall submit an official application form together with an entry fee of £5.00 by the first Tuesday in May. Within seven (7) days of election to the League, at the second part of the Annual General Meeting, they shall pay a Deposit Bond of £40.00 per Club, in addition to the aforementioned annual subscription. Rule 2. B. Existing member clubs that persistently owe monies to the League may also be required to deposit a Bond should the Management Committee so decide. All Deposit Bonds shall be returnable to Clubs on leaving the League provided they have fulfilled their fixtures and complied with all orders of the Management Committee.

D).  A Club shall not participate in this League until the Entry Fee, Annual Subscription and Deposit Bond, if required, have been paid.

E).  Clubs must advise annually to the General Secretary in writing by 31st July of its County Football Association affiliation number for the forthcoming Season, failing which they shall be fined £10.00. Clubs must advise the General Secretary in writing, or on the prescribed form, details of its Headquarters, Officers and any other information required by the League. Also, any changes to this information, before, or during, the season must be notified in writing.
