A). This Competition shall be designated the Bexley & District Junior Football League (hereinafter called "the League" and shall consist of a minimum of twelve clubs and up to a total of as many clubs as can be controlled and administered by the Management Committee. All Clubs shall be Full Member Clubs. The League is a designated Sunday Football League. The League exists to provide both competitive and instructional Mini Soccer for boys and girls of Under 7 to Under 11 years of age and 11-a-side football for boys of Under 11 to Under 18.
B). Not applicable to the Bexley & District Junior Football League.
C). All such Member Clubs must be affiliated to an affiliated County Football Association and their names and particulars shall be returned annually by the appointed date on the Form "D" to the relevant County Football Association. The area covered by the Competition Membership shall be the London Borough of Bexley and it’s immediate surrounds, south of the River Thames. All clubs must advise their affiliation number, in writing, to the League General Secretary annually. Clubs may not commence fixtures until their said number is submitted and failure to do so by the first Sunday in August shall result in a fine of £5.00.
D). This League shall apply annually for sanction to the London Football Association and shall affiliate to the Kent County Football Association and the constituent teams of Member Clubs may be grouped in divisions, according to age.
E). The League will provide 11-a-side football for players who have attained the age of 10 as at midnight 31st August in a playing season and Mini-Soccer for players who have attained the age of 6 years but not the age of 11 years as at midnight on 31st August in a playing season.

Divisions shall consist of not less than six or more than twelve teams, although in exceptional circumstances the League Management Committee can approve a Division of more, or less.
The League Headquarters shall be Hurst Community Centre, Hurst Road, Bexley, Kent and all matches shall be played on grounds with a ten-mile radius of it. The Management Committee shall review exceptional cases and, if justified, recommend acceptance of other grounds. Where a Club wishes to play a special match outside the league boundaries, permission must be sought in writing from the Management Committee.
